We understand that sometimes you can be so excited to get your shiny new mount installed that you whip out the power drill, set it to maximum torque level and get going. The problem is that hand-made acrylic products aren't exactly titanium and don't react when a screwed down by an 18 volt power drill.

If you break your product during installation, we offer a 1-time replacement unit at no cost. You only pay shipping charges. If this has happened to you, contact us and we'll show you how to get your replacement as quickly as possible.

For our customers with large quantity orders, we offer volume discounts starting at 10 units. If you have an order of a minimum of 10 units of any of our products, please contact us and we'll provide you with specific pricing details.

H-Squared does not accept POs from educational institutions for quantities less than 10 units. Please visit one of our resellers or contact Apple for your educational discount on our products.

Yes! Any of our products can be order via our online store for international delivery. Delivery times and costs vary by country. We also automatically add insurance to any international shipment.
